Grounding techniques:-
Put your hands in water. Focus on the water's temperature and how it feels on your fingertips, palms, and the backs of your hands. Pick up or touch items near you. Be mindful of what you touch. Breathe deeply, in for four counts, out for four counts. Savor a food or drink. Be mindful of what you savor. Take a short walk, Clears the cobwebs. Move your body. Dance, dance, dance!!
More techniques and exercises you can try:-
Visualizing yourself as a tree. Sitting by a tree and feeling your back sink into the trunk of the tree. Listening and being mindful and aware of the tree's consciousness. Listening to the wind breathing deeply on the horizon. Visualizing a stream of red light descending into the earth from where you were sitting and holding a grounding crystal such as blue obisidian, haematite, clear quartz and amethyst, etc.
